Abigail Evans, M.A., CCC-SLP

Abigail “Abby” Evans is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist and graduated with a Master of Arts degree in May 2019 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of Oklahoma and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She is passionate about this field and feels so fortunate to work with an amazing team of speech-language pathologists at Pediatric Communication Solutions. 

Throughout her education and clinical fellowship, Abby gained experience in the evaluation and treatment of childhood speech-language disorders as well as adult speech-language disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive-communication disorders. She is an active member of both the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Oklahoma Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). She is constantly learning and expanding her clinical skills, and she strives to provide the best possible evidence-based treatment through continuing education courses. 

In her free time, Abby loves spending time with her husband and rescue pup as well as reading, traveling, and spending time in Fort Worth, Texas with her family. She believes that the ability to successfully communicate is hugely important and she looks forward to partnering with you and helping your child reach his or her full potential!
