A different kind of speech pathologist

Jullien was born with a benign tumor on his neck. He has been in and out of hospitals with doctors appointments, MRIs, and surgeries throughout his 4 years of life. His first couple of years he didn’t know any better, on what they were doing. As he got older, he knew the doctor’s office was somewhere he didn’t like going. When we moved from Arizona, we started Speech Therapy with Shelly (his Little Doctor). The first time meeting Shelly, he did not want to go. He thought it was another doctors appointment. I told him this doctor is different; they are going to play and talk to you. We went to the first appointment and he loved it. Shelly is caring, full of energy, and fun. Jullien loves going to his Little Doctor, as he calls her. Shelly has been great with Jullien. He has learned so much in such a short amount of time. She gets as excited as I do when he says a new word or sound. We love Shelly and would recommend her to all our friends and family.
