Shannon Johnson

Shannon has over 10 years of experience working in the customer service industry.  She ensures that our clinics run smoothly and that each patient’s experience at PCS is as pleasant as possible. When you reach out to Pediatric Communication Solutions, Shannon will often be your first point of contact, helping you schedule an appointment, assisting with the new patient paperwork, compiling medical records and charts, collecting payments, verification of benefits, and more. She enjoys working with families and seeing all of the smiling faces as they come into the clinic each day!
